This is a spin on the
much-loved Caesar
dressing. So delicious that
I made this recipe for a
friend of and he makes this salad just about every day.
Fresh lemon juice from ½ lemon
¼ cup olive oil
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
1 toe of fresh garlic minced
¼ cup Shredded parmesan or Romano (optional)
Blend together ingredients. Toss over favorite greens (mesclun, bibb, spinach, romaine)
