Excellent for a quick energy boost or to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Vegan coconut Balls


Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup natural, unsalted creamy peanut butter*

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes

  • 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts or desired add-ins (chocolate chips, raisins, etc.)

Blend together the wet ingredients until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir until the mixture forms a ball.



Rolling into 2 inch balls. Roll balls in coconut flakes to coat. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
