Cherry bombs

So easy and amazingly decadent.

Cherry bombs
  • 1 cup dried tart cherries

  • 1 cup Almonds

  • 8 oz Bag dark Chocolate chips

In a food processor, grind cherries and almonds until they form a ball and look homogenous.

Form into 1 inch balls.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate.

Dip balls in chocolate to coat. Allow chocolate to solidify before serving.
