Yoga, Ayurveda, & Energy work for your best mind, body & spirit

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Our human experience (I like to call soul school) is a playground where we learn and grow.

There are three basic aims at soul school.

Aim one - Tame the mind

The mind is a great servant but a terrible master. Yet the mind likes to take over and chase after sensory pleasure. When the mind's in charge there's an element of no holds barred. It get's us into trouble. We cycle in worry, fear, anger, lust. We chase after temporary pleasures that ultimately cause us enormous pain.

If we don't discipline the mind we are stuck running after that slice of cake, pint of beer, new outfit, or our next lover. It never ends.

Yoga is an ancient path that disciplines the mind.

Aim two - Maintain your body

Your physical body is your vessel that carries you through soul school. Your body is a manifestation of nature. Regular maintenance allows you to have plenty of energy and functionality. This supports the best learning experience.

Ayurveda is the science that lays out how to perform regular maintenance and repair.

Aim three - Self Realization

There's an enormous difference between cognition and knowing. Intellectually, you may believe that you are a spiritual being. Piercing the veil and experiencing it for yourself is an entirely different thing. Once you experience your true self, struggle falls away. There's a huge perspective shift. And the human condition is less of an issue. Yoga and Ayurveda gradually leads to self realization.

Energy work can take your directly to the experience.

There is a very long back story on how these magnificent practices came into my life. Without boring you with the details, it's been a long journey. A journey with plenty of bumps in the road (that's putting it mildly).

But, you don't have to struggle and figure it out like I did.

I'm here to serve as your guide whenever you're ready.
