This is one of my favorite go to recipes. I like to make my own carrot juice from sratch but it does add a bit of labor intensity to it. Verdict? Worth it!
4 Cups carrot juice
1/2 cups almonds
1/4 cup avacado
2 Tablspoons fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoons nama shoyu (or gluten free soy sauce)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon dill
pinch black pepper
shredded beet, carrot or sweet corn (optional)
Blend ingredients in a blender. Top with shredded veggies. Enjoy.
