About the event

This 90-minute journey is designed to alleviate tension and restore movement in the areas where stress often settles: the low back and hips. In this workshop, we merge the ancient practice of yoga with the therapeutic power of myofascial release to create a session that not only relieves discomfort but also educates on maintaining a pain-free lower body.

As we guide you through a series of breath-infused movements, you will learn to identify and dissolve the tight spots within your body's fascial network. Utilizing simple yet effective tools like foam rollers and tennis balls, we’ll explore self-massage techniques that penetrate deep into the muscle tissue, promoting healing and mobility.

Our practice will include a blend of dynamic and static yoga postures specifically chosen to enhance hip flexibility and strengthen the low back. The session will progress gently, allowing your body to release and unlock the layers of tension with each breath.

We'll also incorporate mindfulness and relaxation strategies to deepen your awareness of the body's signals and needs. By the end of the workshop, you will not only feel physically liberated but also gain valuable insights into how to nurture your low back and hips in your everyday life.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic tightness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, this workshop is a step towards achieving balance and freedom in your lower body. Join us to create a foundation of health and vitality that will support you in all your activities.
